Kellie Mathewson, APN-C, is a board-certified Adult Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 40 years of experience in healthcare. She joined Healthstar Rheumatology in Knoxville in March 2025 and sees patients ages 13 and older.
Kellie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2010, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Knoxville. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is an active member of the AANP.
With a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Kellie is committed to delivering high-quality care for individuals with rheumatologic conditions, sleep disorders, and other chronic illnesses. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and providing personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique health journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as relaxing with creative hobbies like crochet, stitching, and crafting.
