Lori Murdock, FNP

Lori Murdock is from Greeneville, Tennessee and began her nursing career in 2004, completing her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Virginia Highlands Community College. While working in a variety of settings including Medical-Surgical/Oncology, Labor and Delivery/Newborn Nursery, and Emergency Room settings, she went back to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise in 2006. She continued her career in nursing in Cardiology settings. In 2014, she received her Masters of Science and Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati and transitioned into the Family Nurse Practitioner Role. With experience in Pain Management and Family Practice settings, she is always looking for ways to continue her education to provide the best, and most up to date care for her patients.

Outside of the office, Lori supports her family and the community by volunteering with children’s sports. She serves as a Cheer Commissioner for the WJAL/Boys and Girls Club. She has spent time as a Volunteer cheerleading coach for the WJAL and Camp Creek Elementary School. She enjoys developing young athletes, preparing them for games and competitions, and preparing them to achieve success at the next level. When she is not coaching, she is normally at a sporting event like football and basketball.
