• Boneless/skinless chicken breast

  • Taco seasoning

Place chicken in crockpot, top with salsa and seasoning to taste. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken and serve in a bowl with rice/cauliflower rice, black beans, peppers/onions, salsa and sour cream or as tacos.
