Ingredients

  • 2lbs chicken (raw)
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 – 15oz great northern beans drained
  • 1 ¾ c chicken broth
  • 2 – 4oz mild green chilis
  • 2 ½ c frozen corn
  • ½ c half & half
  • 4oz light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp season salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic

Directions

Crock pot – chicken, beans, chilis, corn, spices and broth for 7-8 hours. Remove chicken and shred Stir in half & half and cream cheese – high for 30 mins.
