Amy Epling, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Merchants Greene Family Medicine. Originally from Blaine, Tennessee, she provides care for patients of all ages with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships.
Amy earned her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 2021 and her Registered Nurse degree from Carson-Newman University in 2019. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She has experience in primary care, pediatrics, cardiovascular surgery, and home health, allowing her to care for a wide range of patient needs. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, pediatrics, and obesity and weight management, including conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
Amy’s approach to care is centered on compassion, trust, and making sure patients feel comfortable and involved in their health. She values taking the time to listen and help patients feel confident in their care plan.
Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dachshunds, staying active, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
