Kendal Holbrook, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Healthstar Physicians’ Jefferson Family Physicians office. A native of Rutledge, Tennessee, she joined Healthstar in December 2021 and brings experience in both pediatric and primary care settings.
She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Carson-Newman University in 2021 after completing her undergraduate nursing degree there in 2018. She is also a certified DOT medical examiner.
Kendal has five years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Healthstar and previously worked as a registered nurse at Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital, where she cared for pediatric patients for four years. She has a strong clinical interest in pediatrics and is passionate about caring for patients of all ages.
She finds fulfillment in being a patient advocate and providing patient-centered care for individuals and families in her community.
Outside of work, Kendal enjoys spending time with family and friends.
